UACTT MEMBERSHIP DUES
Follow the instructions below to pay ONLINE or with a CHECK
TO PAY ONLINE:
1) Fill out the UACTT Membership/Dues Form
2) Pay Dues ($52) online by clicking on the PayPal link at the bottom of the Membership/Dues form
3) Click HERE to open a new window that contains the Form and link to PayPal
TO PAY WITH CHECK:
1) Fill out the UACTT Membership/Dues Form HERE (a new window will open - close window when form is complete).
2) Download the Dues Invoice (which you can give to administration) by clicking HERE .
3) REMIT PAYMENT BY SENDING $50 CHECK AND DUES INVOICE TO:
